Prices include all linen, water, electricity and heating during winter months. You will need to bring your own towels. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, please order at time of booking.
Please note that you are required to leave the house as you find it (immaculate) or we can arrange for our cleaning lady to clean the house after your departure for €45. The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 10am. You will receive directions and a key with our confirmation of the receipt of your final payment.
Booking Telephone or e-mail bookings are held for 10 days, after which a completed booking from and a deposit of 25% are required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date, along with a damage deposit of £250.
